BBV: really well located. Service A+. The owners are very attentive and will go the distance to make our stay one of the best..... It sure made me want to come back again, and definitely stay at the BBV.
Thank you!

BBV du Montreal is the place to stay while visiting this french/Canadian beautiful city. Located in the heart of Villa Marie with close train stations, buses, taxis or walk like we did to enjoy the beauty of Montreal. It has all you need, the standards and stars of a great hotel and the warm, comfortable feeling of been at home. Rooms are big enough, super comfortable beds, closet space, beautifully decorated. Nicholas and Philippe are so nice and welcoming. They did everything and more to make us feel at home. Was my birthday trip and it was amazing. I would love to stay there again and again. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Upstair rooms are great. You will have more space to share if traveling with a large group.

This review is a bit belated, but better late than never to give kudos to this wonderful place! My husband and I went to Montreal in December 2012, just as a monster blizzard hit the city, leaving nearly two feet of snow! The BBV provided a cozy escape from the elements. Our room was simple, but very clean and comfortable. Phillipe was a wonderful host and even though the place was bustling with his family who were visiting from Belgium, he was always there to answer questions. We felt like part of the family at breakfast as we enjoyed nice conversation with Phillipe's relatives. BBV is located on a quiet street, close to a Metro stop, making it easy to get around the city. I highly recommend this lovely B&B.

Phillipe and Nicolas were excellent hosts, offering many honest recommendations and no pressure whatsoever. Rooms were more than adequate, absolutely spotless and breakfast was also great. I would - and will - recommend BBV to any of my friends looking for a place to stay in montreal, and I would happily book again.

We hesitated a bit to travel to Montreal in early March, but schedules left us no other choice. We usually visit twice a year. Luckily we stayed at the BBV. It wasn't too cold, but there were snow flurries the first three days. Being so well-located we could easily get around anywhere in the Village on foot. When we wanted to travel by Metro, the Beaudry Station is only steps away. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Someone was always around if we had any questions. Covered parking on the premises is a real plus. We have paid much more in other places for outdoor off-premise parking. Breakfast was a special time. Great coffee and many goodies and choices were available and we got to meet other travelers who along with Philippe and Nicolas made for interesting conversation. The two owners are so welcoming they treat you like guests in their home. They even provided us with slippers at the door. Our room had a private bath and all was absolutely immaculate, as were all the common areas as well. Based on our visit, we will be including this guesthouse on our next visit to Montreal.

Room Tip: We chose the room in the front of the house, but it was still very quiet.
