I saw a great promotion on Groupon for this Spa and thought it would be great to plan a surprise Spa day for my girlfriend and I. I had the coupon and it was to expire in 5 weeks so decided to call and book my appointments. I called and had to leave messages each time. After my 3rd call I reached someone and she told me she would call me back as she was busy. She called me the next day and didn't have any space on the 3 of the weekends I could go but had one the weekend after my groupon coupons were expiring. She told me it would not be a problem. 3 days prior our day at the spa I got a call back informing me that I would have to pay $35 ea since my coupon was expired. Needless to say I was no happy and told them that I would not pay the extra amount. After arguing and getting the manager isn't here, he is on vacation...... they told me that they are canceling my appointment. It was a very aggravating experience and want to warn about going there as there are many spas with great service.
