Stay away, unlicense massage therapists who have no clue what they are doing. All we got was a skin rub on our back,our lower legs and half my forearm. And to think I brought my girlfriend there for her birthday. We were received in a clinics office surrounded by sick people in the hallway because the real spa on the Web site had closed down. The whole ordeal lasted 45 minutes instead of 1 hour and 30 minutes.

A friend and I booked a spa package during our trip to Canada recently. We were disappointed in the massage (despite asking multiple times for a deeper massage, we ended up with a skin rub). Aromatherapy was a joke- "scented oils" were baby oil and cheap pharmacy brand moisturizer. Salt jacuzzi was dirty with floating bits in it, even though the lights were low it was obviously an older machine. Towels provided had melted wax all over them, we had to ask for new ones. In the massage room, we got onto the table and my sheets had splashed wax on them, presumably from the last patron. Bathrooms very dirty. Staff was friendly enough, but they weren't enough to make the experience worthwhile. Find a different spa.

Group On offer for $80.00 was not honoured out of their error to book my appoitnment after the expiration date..They said, OH Its OK..it doesn't matter..Russian lady at teh desk could not have been any more rude... SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY..and visit the Finland spa or something more established and professional..
