We reserved for a recent Saturday night after not being able to get a reservation here last month. Restaurant was full as expected and very welcoming. The food here is not your typical Italian fare, very interesting Northern regional focus. The Piedmontale wine we had was very good (can't remember the name but it was recommended by the waiter and was relatively cheap). Bread with peppery olive oil was really good. The sauteed vegetable appetizer was the standout dish. Fusili with veal Primo was nice but a little too heavy on the veal component. Quite filling and all you really need. Fish of the day (Med. Sea Bass) was just average, and a bit bland. Some of the other items on the menu sounded quite good. The service was very good, but lacked attention at the end of the meal. Eventually we had to ask them for our bill (which is customary in Italy but less so here). All in all a nice meal but not exceptional, as some of the reviews I had heard about seemed to indicate. Prices are average to high for the quality of the food (approx $25-35) for an entree, $10 for appetizers.
