They decorated my brunch with a moldy strawberry, which was not the real issue, but informing them was surprisingly wired for them, they acted as it was their normal serving process, and why should I bother them and advice them to check their plate before serving!
Then the final terrible customer service attitude, they brought me a strawberry in returne !!!! Feeling no regret at all, and expecting my appreciation.
My girlfriend payed the generous tip, in which I did not agree to, she believed it was manager's stupid attitude and not waiter 's responsibility.
But manager was to rude to understand any sense of customer service.
By the way, the coffe was good. that is where my two point came from!
