Fantastic exhibiton and gardens. Second to none. Spent six hours wandering around. Only let-down was no hot water for multi-flavoured teabags, which did not include tea! Excuse was 'We've only been open for three days'!

“fabulous plants and mosaicultures”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 25, 2013

We spent a whole day here today as it has just opened for the summer season.over 75 hectares of gorgeous gardens plants and trees with an amazing exhibition of international mosaicultures (plant sculptures) throughout the gardens. Better even then London's Chelsea flower show! You need to take drinks and a picnic though as the restaurant is very limited and by the entrance, but there are loads of places to stop and sit or picnic.

“Get your ticket on line!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 23, 2013 via mobile

We decided to go here at the last minute and waited in an hour long line to buy a ticket. Get it on line and you walk right in. Fantastic plant art both permanent exhibits as well as this year sculptures from around the world as the world competition was held here. There's so much to see, you better plan 1/2 a day.

“Insectarium was awesome”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 23, 2013

Too bad you can't do the insect museum separately because after forking out $84 I pulled my family through the gardens (they are very well done btw) even though they were getting tired. If it is 90 deg and sunny with a family, good luck to you.

“Absolutely Beautiful”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 22, 2013

The Chinese Garden inside the Montreal Botanical Gardens is simply beautiful. This is an ideal version of what a Chinese Garden should look like. It has stunning pagodas, flowers, miniature trees, stone sculptures, as well as a pond and falling water--all without China's air pollution. The Montreal Botanical Gardens is across the street from Olympic Park where you can visit the Biodome and Observatory. The 3-day Montreal Museum pass allows you free entry into about 38 sites. However, for the Observatory, the pass gives you a two-for-one offer.
