“Amazing! A pleasant surprise.”
Reviewed December 23, 2012

My husband and I decided to explore the botanical gardens and were glad that we did! We weren't expecting much because we had been disappointed at what had been considered gardens in parks in Paris. We are from the Orlando area and I was using Disney's EPCOT, Leu Gardens and our own backyard as a comparison point. It was certainly worth the trip across the city to see. (Side note: not excited about the cafe....Too many other options in the city to spend your money here.)

“Awesome”
Reviewed December 17, 2012

This is one of the best place in Montreal, maybe not during winter, but in the summer you can pic-nic there. The gardens are beautiful and with diversity and during automn, you can see the light show with lantern imported from Shangai and other regions of China!

“Same as all the others”
Reviewed December 11, 2012

I come here sometimes with my friends. It's a good place to hang out, but it isn't more impressive than most other botanical gardens. I think it's there just so Montreal can just say they have one.

Reviewed December 10, 2012

very very well designed botanical garden near the insectarium which was really cool, and the biodome - great place to visit overall, lots to learn and see; my favorite thing was the area with the different types of plants like vanilla plant, cocoa plant etc. and all the great scents
