Montreal style fries with moderately traditional battered fish. Nice pictures of England, brings back great memories. Pretty good overall, just a little pricey for my taste. Feels like I'm paying in British pounds.

I was walking old Montreal and I came across the spot. Best Fish & Chips! A simple spot but the food was very good and they served beer & wine, I had the Cod & chips which were first rate, hot and fresh. Total was $20 with a pint of draft. Recommended for a quick tasty dinner,

A fish & chip shop in Montreal. Nice food focused on fish naturally. Seating very limited. Fish excellent. Chips would not pass my tests. Too limp & blackened. Fix the chips & I will be back

I was recently in Montreal, it was freezing cold and we were looking for somewhere to eat when we came across Brit&Chips. What a fabulous feed! Very good price and really terrific food. A bit of a twist on the old English feed of fish and chips. They serve a huge meal so consider sharing. I am vegetarian and they had fabulous 'cheese' cakes which looked like battered fish - YUM! They are also licensed which was good. The staff were so friendly and the dinner is served on copies of newspaper which added to the experience, took us back to being kids and getting chips in newspaper. The salad was very tasty on the side and the chips were so crunchy and good. Prices are good especially if you share then you get a huge feed for half the price. ould definitely go back again. The only thing they could add to the menu is bread and butter, that would make it perfect for those who like a 'chip butty'.

The fries were excellent. The fish was fresh. Everything is battered and deep fried. Call for pick up is available. Price per portion is reasonable.
