“Low cost, High Quality for Low $”
Reviewed November 3, 2011

This Days Inn is right next to Old Montreal. It is convenient to port, shopping, Chinatown, Latin Quarter, and many sights. We were pleasantly surprised by the corner suite we got with windows looking out over city. There were plenty of amenities, a very comfortable bed, 2 flat screen TV's, and yet was very reasonably priced! They were booked up so we were glad to have made reservation early.
There is a small cafe attached with excellent food at moderate prices. Service in cafe was small but packed with people.
The ice and cola machines are only on certain floors. The lobby has nice decor and daily newspapers for free. It has several meeting rooms. It's much larger than it appears from outside. There is a bus stop right outside, and taxis are available very quickly. The front desk manager provided me some toiletries that I had forgotten at no charge. You can also schedule a city tour from front desk. I would definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: Ask for a corner room.

This hotel badly needs an overhaul...of course then the price would escalate! Location is excellent, coffee shop on main floor great for breakfasts. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: check other hotels in area

This hotel was a bit no-frills, but the location was great. About 3 blocks to the Champs de Mars Metro station, walking distance from Old Montreal. A very good value!

Standard room with two double beds, lots of space. It's not bad but for sure, it's not the best.

Location: two blocks from Chinatown, very close to St. Catherine street (where you can shop, eat and party). From the hotel to the shopping area on St. Catherine street is about 10 minutes walk. It's a good walk. I shopped at Simons and love the store.

Great Location. Near 2 Metro stations, close to Old Montreal, the rooms are clean and the service is good. Didn;t like the valet parking. They hold on to your keys and it costs 20 per day to park. There are cheaper places to park right down the street.

we stayed here for 2 nights whilst sightseeing in montreal. We could not have picked a better hotel. It was located just a few minutes walk from most attractions.plenty of bars and restaurants withinn the immediate vicinity.
The rooms were spacious and pleasant.Car parking was provided at the hotel and whenever you wanted your car you simply rang down to reception and the car would be waiting for you.
breakfast was not included in the price but we ate in the hotel both mornings,it proved to be a good choice.good food and good price in comfortable surroundings. We also had a drink in the bar 1 night, again this was pleasant and reasonable.
The rooms were not cheap (about £110 a night) but well worth it

Good access to the airporter bust #747 direct to Montreal airport. No need to pay for taxi or shuttle. Really cheap and efficient transit and subway to get around. Buy the 3 day pass for only $16.00 and travel all over Montreal.QC. Caution do not go toLaurier restaurant owned by Chef Gordon Ramsay....Over rated, Overpriced, had better chicken and Poutine at COSTCO! The wait is not worth it..A lot of HYPE!! Very disappointed!!

Room Tip: No Queen size beds only 2 doubles in every room
