“Famous ``bring your own bottle`` restaurants street”
Reviewed March 1, 2012

From Saint-Laurence street up to Park Lafontaine, Rue Duluth offers a wide choice of restaurants serving cuisine of almost all nationalities like greek, french, italian, moroccan, algerian, vietnamese, portuguese, canadian and afghan. In summer time, we used to enjoy walking along the street crowded by ``restaurant shoppers``, buy a good bottle of wine at the SAQ liquor store on Saint-Denis street or in one of the numerous ``dépanneur``and choose a restaurant according to mood of the moment.

“Satisfy your diverse taste in food!”
Reviewed December 29, 2011

Always a lively area in summer to walk around and find a restaurant that suits your taste buds that evening. Most restaurants are BYOB and there is a SAQ on the corner with St. Denis street if you forget to bring a bottle. The only drawback and the reason we have stopped coming here is because of the lack of parking.

“Extremely charming neighborhood”
Reviewed October 30, 2011

We started walking from Metro stop Mont-Royal and took some side streets toward Av.Duluth. We ended up walking down Rue de Bullion and stopping in one of several coffee spots to mix in with the old Portuguese guys watching soccer games, sipping espresso, and gossiping. The street was a three story reminder of Brooklyn ... VERY local, very charming, and lovely on a fall day.
