Stay away from Valley Parking. They broke a piece off of my Volvo Hand Brake and tried to deny the issue and basically told me I broke my own handbrake and to go buy the piece at a junk yard because it's cheaper… I couldn’t believe how unprofessional they were.

Not the most exciting hotel -- the rooms are small, even in the suites. But the hotel has a great location, good service, decent prices, good package. I don't regret the choice at all. When in Montreal, it's my choice.

Everything I expierienced from my recent stay was nothing but top notch service, Everybody from the check -in desk attendant, The Valet parking attendants and the Concierge attendant were helpful, knowledgable and so pleasant to deal with. The Hotel itself was very clean, the Bed was one of the most comfortable beds I ever slep in, Bathroom was super clean. The hotel is located right in the middle of the city, There are two Metro lines below the hotel, which are accesable in the councourse level below the hotel which have a full assortment of shops and places to eat. I was very satisfied with my recent stay at the Fairmont/ Queen Elizabeth and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay while in Montreal

The hotel is at a great location. It is connected to all the malls underground. The parking is very convenient as well. The room was very comfortable and they gave us a nice view. The hotel staff is great. Facilities are excellent.

Good location but when you arrive in the evening by minus 25 and there is no personal to welcome you and only one guy at the reception to check in at 20:30, you ask yourself why is the price so high ...
Rooms are ok but nothing exceptionnal.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend, the hotel is clean, nice clean rooms and the staff were amazing always willing to help and very professional. We are a family of 5 so had asked for adjoining rooms and we were happy to have it.

This hotel is centralized to everything from shopping to restaurants, we had taken the train to get there so everything was within walking distance. What was really good is that the Hotel is part of the train station so we arrived and didn't need to go outside, also, alot of restaurants and shopping are within that same building.

The pool and weight room were excellent, very clean and the staff were again very kind and professional.

We also really enjoyed the ice water that was in the lobby and also at the pool area, fruits were in the water so gave it a really good taste :-)

Next time we return in Montreal for a family stay we will definitely come to this hotel.

The hotel is perfect. The staff couldn't be nicer and more professional. The common areas are well maintained. The hotel room was updated, clean, roomy. We were permitted to check in early and were given a room with a beautiful view to Mont Royal. Honestly, this is the nicest experience I've had in a long time. I look forward to returning!

Room Tip: We asked for a view of Mont Royal.
