This is the grand temple of montreal. Montrealers are passionate about their hockey team, and more knowledgeable about hockey than any other city. Little old ladies follow hockey in this town. The place is ALWAYS sold out for hockey, so forget going to the box office. Unlike some other cities, like Toronto, they do not support losers, so you can expect to hear boos if the hometeam is not playing well. But they are playing well, your ears can be blown if the home boys score. It's amazing that so much noise can bve created in such a large building. Expensive tickets, food and beer. Good place for concerts too.
