I have been in this hotel during March 2014 for a business trip. The hotel is quite good, the room was large and confortable and very clean. The bar in the lobby was extremely good with a large offer of drinks and food. The restaurant was nice but as a negative point the breakfast didn't offer buffet and was quite expensive. The gym is fantastic with brand new equipments and a nice and clean spa area with internal pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Wifi in the room was not free of charge and again quite expensive. We used a meeting room that was fully equipped with devices for presentation and the catering offed for the breaks and lunches was excellent. In general an excellent hotel for business meeting and business trips in Montreal

I could'nt thin of any other title as I found this hotel so-so. Rooms need renovations, staff is old, breakfast buffet was laim, the only point would go for location, but I guess any other hotel in this area deserves a try, this is not Sheraton worthy.

Room Tip: I had a room facing Rene-Levesque Boulevard, it was noisy.

Very good hotel, well located, but few options to eat. It´s a pity that you have to eat at maximum 11pm, if you order something after 11pm , the kitchen is simply closed! Having access to the sheraton club on 37th floor with complimentary breakfast and happy hour, is a nice offer.

Room Tip: Ask a Mont-Royal view bedroom.

Stayed there several times, the room are large and bright (last 2 times facing North towards the Mont-Royal) and since I am a Starwood Platinum member I got access to the Sheraton club on the 37th floor for basic breakfast and hour d'oeuvre.

The green choice (declining room cleaning to get more Starwood point) is a very good initiative, since I stayed there several weeks in a row this is extra beneficial.

The hotel is situated in between two subway stations (Bonaventure on the orange line and Peel on the green line), walking distance to the St. Catherine shopping street. But during the weekend the neighborhood is almost dead since it is in the middle of the financial district except if there is events in the nearby Bell Center.

During my stays there was some power outage once so the hotel phone/internet/elevator was not working (light still works though) so I walked down 28 floors when leaving the hotel, the lobby manager was talking to annoyed hotel guests at the lobby explaining the situation.

Room Tip: Try to get a room facing North (Mont-Royal)
