I stayed at the Sheraton Le Centre Montreal for my birthday weekend and we had an absolutely amazing visit. It's central location in downtown Montreal is great. The Club lounge was great for breakfast and hors d'oeuvres. The experience at the spa was so relaxing. I would definitely visit the same again. The rooms were beautiful and clean.

Room Tip: ask for a room with a view of the mountain or the river

Great hotel, great spot, and the cleanliness was amazing by the room attendant Gabriela! The fitness area is huge and full of different equipment, I enjoyed the view from our room and the beds were comfy

The hotel location is perfect. you can't get better than this. it is just off the metro and underground mall. the local bars, restaurants on Peel St. are in walking distance. The hotel restaurant serves excellent breakfeast. But is suggest you walk down the street to Cora's. Stayed here many times. If you are an SPG member, you get access to the SPG floor. at least then the rooms are acceptable. the other floors are delapidated and outdated. the suites are quite nice, and might be worth the upgrade cost.

Room Tip: upgrade to a suite level. or SPG floor. otherwise don't stay here.

Great location close to the Bell centre and St Catherine s street. Drinks very pricey in the bar. $13 for a draught beer. Reuben sandwich was outstanding Staff friendly and efficient. Will stay there again next time in town

Stayed here for one night just to have a change of pace. I got a great deal so it was worth it. I found the elevators really went up fast to the point your ears pop, maybe because we were on a higher floor.
The room is basic, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. the is a restaurant and bar in the lobby did not eat here so cannot comment. The location is great if you are going to an event at the Bell Centre, pretty close to the metro as well.
Would stay here again if the price was right.

Sheraton is within 5 minutes walking to Bell Centre/ Metro station Bonaventure orange line, and also about 5 minutes walking to Sainte Catherine shopping area where many, if not all, the chain stores and restaurants are located, including a large Simons, la baie, Chapters, Eaton Centre, pharamcies etc. It is a very convenient location. Gym and pool on site.

The hotel room is good size but the windows are not very sound proof. Even >20 floors up you can hear all the car sounds, especially on hockey nights. The room door is also not sound proof so you can hear people coming in and out if they are talking loudly.

Wifi is not included, which is disappointing. The room and bedding appear clean, and there is one comfy cushiony chair for sitting. Bed was comfortable with 2 pillows provided for each person, one soft and one harder which is good for choice. There is a audio/video & charging area next to the desk under the tv which is comprehensive, much more so than other hotel rooms. The TV is a good size Philips flat screen. Room includes free Nestle bottled water which was a nice touch. No fridge, but has a safe in the closet. Room temperature control was easy to use.

Bathroom has one sink and the cold/hot tap functions require some getting used to - kept making the water too hot for the first few nights :( Shower pressure sucked. There is no switch to turn on the ventilation fan (?!?). Hair dryer is strongly powered, which is a nice change from the usual teensy ones in hotel bathrooms.

We bought a bottle of beer from SAQ and the concierge sent up a bottle opener within minutes of us calling down along with 2 glasses, which was much appreciated.

Overall this is a good clean hotel with no frills at an extremely convenient location. Definitely worthwhile given the location if you can get a good deal (which we did) but would not return if needing to pay full price.

Very nice hotel in the downtown close to shopping and icehockey. The rooms are nice but sometimes noice from outside be disturbing. The gym and pool is great!
But internet and breakfast is not included and rather expensive. Value for money? Depends in what you want.
