“A wonderful Taste of History”
Reviewed October 29, 2013

We were able to do the "Flavors of Main" tour - and it was delicious. A great way to experience some of Montreal's rich history through the eyes of local shop owners. The artful process of making an ancient Asian candy, the surrounding smells of awesome ethnic meats, the deli, historic buildings and shops, and a few characters add to this experience.

Great guides, and a great way to see this part of the city!

Can't recommend it highly enough.

“My goto bike shop in Montreal~”
Reviewed October 29, 2013

A true gem of a bike shop. Very unique and a super friendly staff - NOT pretentious. I fly into Montreal a couple times a year for business and family. I first discovered them on a rainy day while riding a friends’ rusted loaner. I had serious issues with the chain and stopped in to ask for a rag to clean up. They fed me a beer, handed me a towel and and fixed up my rusted bike the best they could. These guys are genuine - they’re all about making a friend. The second time we came into town - we visited them again.. this time with a case of beer and to rent bikes. They're a great source of local info and they insist on total customer care. Anyone from out of town looking for a friendly port - visit these guys and hang out. My only regret is that I didn't sign up for a tour. Maybe next time.

PS - Montreal is an awesome bike city. I wouldn’t do it any other way.

“Delicious and Fun”
Reviewed October 29, 2013

I had the joy of taking the Flavours of the Main tour this summer. The tour was a great break from your average tourist activities. Our guide Fred walked us through a great part of Montreal, St Laurent. On our way from shop to shop trying many types of food, we were told about the origins of the foods and the people that brought them to the city. A MUST DO IN MONTREAL.
