Cheap enough like $26 for Sushi a Volante but the sushi is only fair not the greatest. great location in Chinatown though and newly renovated so the furnishings are esthetically pleasant.

“Can't beat it for the price.”
Reviewed October 9, 2012

Came here last weekend with my fiancee and another couple for the all-you-can-eat special. At about $23/person, the special is a great value. As with many other sushi-all-you-can-eat deals, you're given two menus, one with sushi, and the other with cooked food such as chicken wings, dumplings, and soups. The amount of food that one can take with this special would cost the $23 several times over if ordered a-la-carte. Another great aspect of the value here is the relatively lower-cost alcohol options. My fiancee got a cosmo for a fraction of the normal cost, and I had a Tsingtao beer for about $5. The menu also offered Kirin and Sapporo, but those had their standard higher price tags. The one slightly negative part of our visit was the service. The servers were a bit inattentive, and they forgot some things that we'd ordered. All in all, though, it was a great meal for a great price. I highly recommend it.

“Great, especially for an all-you-can eat!”
Reviewed August 12, 2012

My fiance and I like to go to this place whenever we've got a sushi craving. The food is very good, and there's plenty to choose from. We've always gone for dinner, so I'm not sure what their lunch menu is like.

Their dinner menu includes plenty of meats (honey pepper beef, lamb, sweet and sour chicken, etc), seafood (fried scallops, calamari, etc), sushi, sashimi, noodles, soups (won ton, miso, sweet and hot), and even fried rice.

The service is usually very good and attentive. The only thing is that sometimes things seem to get lost in the process, so orders are lost and drinks take a long time to get. If you're ordering a soft drink, make sure that you ask for it in a can (they don't offer free refills on soft drinks anyways), as the fountain version tastes incredibly sweet and chemical-y. Remember though, that soft drinks are NOT included in the price, and neither are refills. Also note that the ice cream dessert is not included in the price ($2 for 2 scoops of ice cream. They have mango, red bean, and green tea).

The environment is nice and newly renovated, and the dining room is open to the sushi counter and kitchen so you can see everything that the staff is doing.

Once the staff learns to work together better, and becomes more efficient, I'm sure the restaurant will earn 5 stars from the tripadvisor community!

Oh, and for dinner, on weekdays (Mon-Thur) prices are around $20 per adult, and around $25 for weekends (Fri-Sun, and holidays). some types of sushi are only offered on weekends.

Well I bought a online coupon to this restaurant only to find out that the location it was for had had a fire. We contacted the website and we were given gift receipts totalling the amount to be used anytime with no Expiry - very accomodating. We had a little confusion when we called one location (ville st. laurant) to see if the location on St. Laurent blvd was opened after the fire and we were told yes but upon arriving at the restaurant it was still closed. Missunderstanding over the phone. No problem we drove to the one in Ville St. Laurant on Saturday night and we had a nice dinner with excellent service. Only downfall was that we could not make a reservation so we had to wait 30 - 40 minutes for a table - problem is their waiting area is very small so you felt like you were intruding on other peoples dinners. We would definitely go there again even without a coupon.
