not authentic. For people never went to Japan or never had the real thing, this place might be acceptable. Ramen soup base is supposed to be slow stewed out of pork bones, and you can taste the difference when it's done that way or just used way too much soup substitute to cheat. Never again.
p.s. Montreal's Kazu only has one type of ramen, but at least it's authentic.
