“Awesome service & food!”
Reviewed August 18, 2013

We picked the Firegrill after a short look around the Sainte-Catherine area. We were greeted and quickly seated. Our waitress was real nice, quite humorous too! Their classic burger was amazing, the beef was juicy, and the coleslaw was great! They let me substitute the french fries for coleslaw, free of charge! Normally it would've cost an extra $1.50! Their dulche de leche cake was so wonderful, the sauce it was served with was delectable. Would eat here again.

“Standard Steakhouse Fare”
Reviewed August 16, 2013

We had dinner at the Firegrill and both had the prime rib. The food was tasty and service was very attentive. This was what we expected from what is essentially a steakhouse so no complaints nor any particularly memorable items. Good food in a quiet, laid back atmosphere.

“Not so good meal and even worse service.”
Reviewed August 4, 2013 via mobile

At 8pm they were actually out of filet!!!! Who does that at a steak place!? My wife ordered Pecan cranberry salad without the goat cheese. So... She got the goat cheese extra heavy!!! Crazy. Server had to be begged to stop by the table. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

“Average place, average service and funky smell”
Reviewed August 3, 2013

If you want to sit in a place that has a remarkable resemblance in odour to a butcher, be my guest.
The wine glasses were dusty, so we immediately put them to the side. We order the salmon dip for starters which was not bad. The salad I ordered was the pecan and cranberry, which was good and the burger was average. The waitress wasn't the most polite person.

Next time, I would go to other restaurants in the area that give you a better experience.

“Very nice resto - not a tourist-oriented place”
Reviewed July 26, 2013

This is not a touristy place, so you will not find Poutine here, but the restaurant is very stylish, the food and the service are of very hight standards.
