“Cool and relaxing Locale”

I had a great massage. The therapist was professional and efficient. I enjoyed the the hydrotherapy pool, waterfall and steam sauna. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I liked that there was absolute silence.

Was visiting Montreal for the weekend. Stopped by the spa on Saturday to make a reservation for the baths for the following day, Sunday. Was told by the front desk staff that it was not a problem. There was no need for a reservation for the baths. We could simply arrive on Sunday afternoon to enjoy the baths.
Well Sunday arrived and it was a different story. There was no room at the spa, not even for the baths. When I explained our extreme disappointment in the information we received just the previous day, a young, gape-mouthed teenager stared dumb-founded at me.
If you're looking for incompetent, teenage staff, by all means visit this spa. If you want staff experienced in customer relations I would suggest looking elsewhere.

“Relaxation plus!”
Reviewed October 17, 2011

My friend and I went to use just the baths but ended up getting massages as well. Both experiences were excellent.
Facility is clean, atmosphere perfect for a quiet afternoon. Hydrotherapy pool, cold pool, waterfall, steam sauna, dry sauna, loads of places to nap. If you've never been, please note that there is no talking; something to consider if you are planning this as a visit with friends.
You can book just the baths, or you can book a massage and get use of facilities included. If you just book the baths and decide on a massage once inside, you can ask at the juice bar.
Allow yourself at least three hours, and be sure to eat beforehand, as there are limited snack options at the juice bar.
Everything you need is provided. Just bring your bathing suit and a desire to get very very relaxed.

“Extremely Relaxing Experience!”
Reviewed October 5, 2011

We had an hour-long couples massage and then enjoyed the baths and relaxation areas for about 2 hours. The massage was the best I've ever experienced. The steam room was fantastic - smelled like eucalyptus and was extremely steamy. The architecture was really cool and modern. The locker/dressing rooms were nice and at times very busy. A couple times some of the relaxation areas felt a little crowded and it was difficult to find a preferred seat. We left feeling extremely relaxed and cleansed, and overall very happy with our experience!
