“Expensive and bad food and service”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 12, 2012

It's a new administration but still the same place. Service is slow, VERY slow. They are rude. And very expensive for what it is... it's just burger and fries after all... and don't ask for soft drink, you thought Coke was expensive at the cinema??? 3,00 for a little bottle of Coke... it's Montreal guys... not New York!!!!

“Good people watching, food not so much.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 9, 2012

Great place in the summer time to sit outside and watch the people walk up and down St Catherine's. cheeseburger not so great. french fries were good. Outdoor seating closes promptly at 3am and if you are there you will be asked to move to a table inside or leave even if you are in the middle of a meal.

“Good food, sometimes slow waiters”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 10, 2012

Well, sometimes in the summer waiters are slow or almost don't see you get a table. A couple of times we actually had to go get the menus ourselves. Once the credit card machine did not work, and they only let us know in the end, so we had to use the ATM machine that charges you extra fees for whatever. I mean, I like people who act straight up and are honest. I like to be advised beforehand of any issues like that.
Food is good though, the club sandwiches are very good and they have affordable prices. Not enough waiters for the volume of business they have in the summer time.

“Salsa or Staff spicier?”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 9, 2012

The advantage of having had an incredibly comfortable sleep at Hotel Felix, just down the street, afforded me the opportunity to skip breakfast & have an awesome brunch instead. Though not on the menu, they were more than accomodating to make me a Spanish Ommelette, but still can't decide after eating there twice on my recent visit, which is spicier, the Salsa or the Staff!!
