We have been here twice and have been disappointed both the times. The first time , which was a while back ,we had a lobster sandwich which was mediocre at best , with a barely perceptible taste of lobster .This time we tried the Cuban sandwich which was passable, compared to others we've had in the past. The snickers bar was also rather disappointing.
We had to wait for a long time for our takeout order , which was compounded by the fact that the person who was handing out the takeout orders seemed to be too overwhelmed and confused to even check them carefully before handing them out.
Overall, not worth the long wait, considering the numerous eating options in the city.

Fabulous, exciting sandwiches and superb pastries.
Way too crowded, but it moves quickly - we waited 15 minutes for a table for two both times we came - and the atmosphere is chaos. Much quieter for mid afternoon coffee.
The Cuban and the goat cheese panini were excellent.
At St Paul & St Pierre.

This place is terrific. You must go! The atmosphere and the food are quintessential Montreal. I would be surprised if you visit only once during your stay.

We stayed about a block from Olive & Gourmando and loved it. I had the granola with yogurt which was also topped with huge cherries and fresh shredded apple strings. For a very healthy breakfast, it was very delicious. Actually for any kind of breakfast it was delicious. I promptly gave up all those health benefits with a blueberry tart. Of course it was out of this world and completely worth plurging on. The coffee is great, the service was very good. Make time for this little pit stop and you won't regret it!

We stayed in Mtl 5 days and ate here twice. Baked goods, panini, coffee all top notch superb. Do not miss the Cuban or the Brioche chocolat. Get here before 10:15 to minimize your wait.
