The food is below average. Same for the mojito. Service was good. I wouldn't recommend.

This is a really cozy restaurant with a nice ambiance. It is the perfect blend of modern and comfortable. I went on a Tuesday night, so it was really intimate because there was barely anybody else in the restaurant.

You can tell the menu was carefully crafted - just the right amount of items, and all equally mouth-watering. I especially recommend the gaspacho or the eggplant as apetizers, and the salmon as a main meal. Everything was great - the food was freshly-prepared and delicious, the sides were original, the presentation was lovely, and the service was prompt and friendly.

Mark my words, I will be back here!

Admittedly, I was a bit worried before going here since I had read the reviews right beforehand, and tend to be picky when it comes to food. I was extremely delighted to discover my worries were totally unfounded. This bistro is charming, we ordered 3 entrees and I sampled each:
- the gazpacho - came with mixed green salad, a warm goat cheese sandwich, and some delicious preserves which we couldn't quite figure out. We were too busy enjoying to ask about them.
- beet mousse with smoked salmon over cantaloupe - also with a mixed green salad
- roasted black aubergine with tomatoes, cheese, garlic. (our favorite)

For main courses, we tried the filet mignon, which came with scalloped potatoes and the most divine mashed sweet potatoes and the salmon with asparagus and rice - while it might sound basic, it was anything but.
Dessert was a dark cocoa mousse with grand marnier and the coconut macaroons with chocolate. We ended up dipping the macaroons in the mousse for extra decadence; the mousse was superb. Highly recommend this place, I will be adding it to my repertoire of places I take friends from out of town to.
