We perused the extensive menu but requested that the Chef' surprise us. Our waiter asked if we had allergies or foods that we did not want, then proceeded to present us with one plate after another, pacing every dish perfectly so that we could savor the taste and enjoy our wine.
He was intuitive enough to note that we may have come to the end of the meal and suggested dessert. We did, however, reorder one of the dishes in addition to a dessert plate.
The food was enticing, the flavors sophisticated. The portions were correct. A plate could have held more but that would have hindered one's anticipation for the next offering.
The cost is reasonable, in part due to the fact that one can bring their own wine, and bottle chillers are reqdily available.$86.00 CDN tax in but beforethe tip, for two: 4 different plates, with 1 reordered twice, plus a dessert plate. The restaurant is busy Reservations are recommended.
