We went to Boston Pizza, around 00:30, Saturday, June 21st (Or rather Sunday June 22nd!), 2008, and it seemed we were completely invisible to the staff working there.
We got in and we saw a large group of people who were sit together, probably having a little party. There were several people working there who simply passed in front of us without even asking us for a table (There was a sign saying to wait to be seated), as they were completely ignoring us. They seemed to have no chores or job to do, since they were just wandering around. No one ever noticed the person in charge we were waiting for a table.
Then, there was the cashier, standing right next to us, along with a customer who was paying his bill. My friend told me that. if that cashier wouldn't take care of us after the completion of the bill, we would simply go and spend our $30 at Arahova instead, which offers a great service.
The cashier didn't even look at us. After the customer paid his bill and go, the cashier simply disappeared!!! No one else ever came at the front of the store within the next minute, so, we just went out. In all, we waited from 5 to 10 minutes, and nobody ever came to us.
We were completely ignored, as if we were invisible. That staff was horrible and we will never go back to that restaurant again.
