The wait was short. I had a Piglet Poutine that appeared to be covered in pulled pork and bacon along with the usual poutine cheese curds and gravy. The wings were great as well. It was a late night adventure just before the bars let out. When they did there were about 20-30 people in line. Not being a local I would say that it was a late night go to. Chinese food has always been a mainstay for after bar food here but I would say they are going to get a run for their money now. It was fast to get my order only a short walk from the bar and back to the hotel. The poutine is of course made with fries from PEI potatoes. Overall very tasty experience and worth the extra calories for a treat!
