“White Elephant”
Reviewed August 4, 2013

This so called tourist attraction was a disaster from the get go with thousands of dollars being spent installing a so called multimedia historical recreation of confederation in a historic abandoned railway building. What makes this so galling is the actual site of Canada's Confederation signing is only a few blocks away and is free to the public in addition the actual numbers of visitors to this attraction has dwindled substantially since its opening making it a big money loser from day one

“It had its moments!”
Reviewed July 30, 2013

An interesting story and way of telling it, but a bit silly or cheesy at times with the news reporter angle of telling the story. Perhaps it would appeal more to children in that respect. The displays are well done and interesting. Sometimes the headphones can be annoying - if you turn away from the signal point to read displays you stop hearing the tour which was awkward. Overall though it was interesting and worth looking through as a rainy day activity for an hour.

“the place where Canada started”
Reviewed July 27, 2013

This is a National Park in Canada. On the second floor is where the PEI legislature meets. There was no fee and it takes only about half an hour to see the several rooms.
