Hotel was walking distance to everything. Our room, however was close to the main lobby and I would recommend another room in a quieter part of the hotel. This particular room and bathroom needed updating because it was motelish. The beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was very nice and hot.

A beautiful boutique hotel in Charlottetown. A perfect location between Queen Street and Victoria Park. We stayed in the West Room (third floor) was large, nicely decorated, comfortable and quiet. There was a kitchenette on the same level, shared by three rooms, as well as a fridge in the room. There was also a balcony off the sitting area on the third floor. The breakfast room was delightful. Besides the continental breakfast you could also choose from several cooked foods, which were delicious. The staff were so nice and gave a nice tour of the hotel. We had to leave very early, and the staff offered to put together a breakfast to go for us, it was ready on the reception desk as we left. We would definitely come back, thanks for a lovely stay.

Loved our stay. Complementary breakfast was excellent. A must try is the pumpkin bread French toast. The Harbor House is a three-story completely remodeled dwelling. Our room, dining room and seating areas were very nice. Make sure that you find out which floor you're going to be on in case you have difficulty with stairs since there isn't an elevator.

We stayed here four nights. It is a lovely place to stay, despite a few shortcomings. The location is very convenient, close to downtown, but in a very quiet residential street.
Our visit got off to a good start, with a warm welcome from the young man on Reception. Throughout our stay, all the staff were polite and friendly.
We booked a standard room and it was quite charming, attractively and comfortably furnished and equipped with a flat screen tv and microwave. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
There is a very pleasant and cosy guest lounge, equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, including a coffee machine which produces a decent brew.
However, we encountered a few drawbacks.
The walls are very thin. We could hear our neighbours talking (and snoring!) in the next room.
This is the only place we have ever stayed where there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We had to leave the door open when showering and the atmosphere became tropical. Also, we had to supply our own air freshener spray to deal with inevitable "bathroom odours"!
Wifi was weak.
