Of all the places we stayed at during our 2 week vacation in the Maritimes this was my wife's favorite. We warmly greeted upon our arrival and given a tour of the inn. Our room was in the back of the inn and had a small balcony overlooking the tree shaded parking lot. The 2 times we sat out it was quiet and relaxing. The room was clean and the bed linens were some of the nicest we encountered on this trip. Breakfast in the morning was very good and the comment would be the person who works the breakfast room tended to be a little intense regarding of where you sat and liked to have everyone sit together at the larger tables instead of at individual ones. So when someone sat other than were she directed them she tended to get flustered by it. We learned when she out of the room some of the guests who had been there for several days enjoyed sitting somewhere else than she had directed them. We had to leave early on our 2 morning to catch the ferry to Nova Scotia and they prepared a nice brown bag breakfast for us take along to enjoy on the ferry. So a very enjoyable stay in a centrally located inn.
The only downside we found was that the 2nd floor hallway in the afternoons and at night had a burnt rubber smell to it.

Room Tip: Get a room with one of the private balconies.

A flight delay caused us to arrive at HHH in the morning rather than the previous night. They served us a hot breakfast on our arrival. Our room on the second floor was very nice, and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. It didn't have a private balcony but there was a common porch across the hall with tables, chairs, and lots of flower baskets. We loved the self-serve refreshment area and the adjoining sun room. The whole place felt luxurious and yet completely comfortable-- lots of nooks for reading, helpful information in the lobby, friendly service, the entire package. The location is the best! It is on a quiet street a minute's walk from the water and historical sites, and we found it to be the prettiest area of Charlottetown. We'd definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for three nights. My flight was delayed 24 hours due to weather and they were so kind about reducing the price for my missed night. They also waited until 2 AM to let me in.

E-mails were promptly answered and nothing was too much trouble. I was in the historic house and had a spacious room with twin beds. Furniture was a bit old and rooms could be a bit dark (it rained when I was there) but fit in well with the ambiance of the house. Bathroom is reasonable sized but pipes are old and a bit noisy so they ask you not to shower after 10 PM.

There is fast and free WIFI and a reasonable number of cable channels on TV. If you don't have a laptop they have a computer with a printer you can use for free until 10 PM. They have a reasonable number of cable channels on TV. Classic music wafts gently through the house.

They have a washing machine and dryer you can use for $1 per load plus an ironing board.

Breakfast is served family style in the dining room--the Japaneses students who serve you will usually seat you with other folks you can talk to. Other reviewers have waxed lyrical about the breakfast. I thought it was fine but nothing to write home about. If you leave early they will have a packed breakfast with your name waiting for you at the dront desk--juice, fruit salad, muffin and a hard boiled egg. A really nice touch if you have an early flight or drive.

Service is exceptional. The young people who run this inn really go the extra mile.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Heritage Harbour House Inn. Normally we like to stay at chain hotels because you know what you are getting. But, we wanted to stay close to downtown and be able to walk to shops and restaurants. The reviews were very good for the HHH, so we decided to give it a try. We were glad that we did. The hotel is very cute, there is tons of parking and the staff is very friendly. Our room was very clean and comfy. The breakfast was amazing, pancakes with fresh blueberry compote, various cereals, juices and amazing homemade muffins. The location was the best and we were seconds from everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Most of the rooms are located in an addition to the original Historic type house. The dining rooms and lounges are located in the original house. This B & B has the flavor of a traditional style house mixed with "home style" hotel rooms. We were in room 104 up a set of stairs. As long as stairs are not an issue this is a wonderful place to stay, minutes from the downtown core by foot and close to the Beaconsfield house. Our particular room was not "tired" so I can only guess that the facility will always be a work in progress in response to my fellow Trip advisor reviewer. The grounds and facility are very clean and well kept and is a nice change from your large Hotel. Each morning, a complimentary main course is offered. During our two mornings, we had Savoury crepes and Eggs Benedict. Although the portions are not large, there is more than enough to eat with the cereal and home baked goods that are also offered. The Blueberry muffins, cheese biscuits and raisin scones were a delight. This is a nice way to start your PEI day. Troy and Petal run a tight ship for Michael the owner. We would gladly return and highly recommend this B&B.

Room Tip: 1階は避けるべきです。
