One of my best stays in a hotel! Stayed with my wife and my 4 yr old son. Had a business trip when Charlottetown weather was not too pleasant.
Good location with adequate parking.
The check-in process was quick. The service was excellent. The rooms were good. My family was fully rested during our 2 night stay. Peaceful and quiet. Good beds and furniture. Wifi was good (very important for me, especially when u mix business with pleasure)
I loved the happy hours at 5 pm in the lobby. Also loved to sit in the lobby and relax reading and listening to the music near the fire place.
The staff was very friendly. All the receptionists were really helpful. I wanted to order some food late at night. He called various places till we got an open place and got some food. That was really appreciated.
Lot of history to this hotel as this was the place were the founding fathers stayed. Loved reading and seeing the history in various parts of the hotel!
They have fresh cookies at the lobby round the clock. I also liked the ready-to-go packed breakfast in paper bags. Especially useful when you are rushing to make it to a business meeting.
