Dining experiences are a key aspect of travel and we try to seek out top restaurants when visiting. We have eaten at some great restaurants throughout the world but Lot 30 remains a favorite. We recently enjoyed the 5 course tasting menu with wine parings. This takes all the stress our of decision making and is a wonderful option. Every course was unique, thoughtfully designed, used fresh local ingredients and excited our taste buds. We enjoyed watching the monitor which displayed the food plating area. The wine parings were very nice. The food portions were substantial yet we felt comfortable after the meal. You know you have had a great dining experience when days later you can remember every course you atel. It is obvious that Chef Gordon Baily is passionate about his profession. This restaurant needs to be on every serious foodies' bucket list.
