Devonshire Mall is Windsor's best mall. Ever since it was redesigned and expanded its open space, enlarged food court and plethora of shops have helped make this a choice destination for a visit to Windsor.

The mall is easy to navigate and the halls are large enough to not feel crowded (except maybe in the food court around dinner time). The shops have improved from what they once were, catering to more Americans and people outside of Windsor visiting.

It would be good to see more healthy food choices in the food court, but there are some closer to the Bay.

The lighting has improved and stores have expanded, which is nice, although invariably there seems to be empty stores that have not survived the recession.

If you fancy a cup of coffee and want to be out of the most touristy spots, head on over to the Starbucks in Indigo-Chapters. However most people will enjoy a cup of coffee at Tim Horton's.

One of the best things is location for anyone with a car. Devonshire is off the EC Row Expressway and easy to find. If you don't have a car, there is a bus service that stops there but it can be a long journey depending on where you start.

This mall is terrible for women over 40. I live in Windsor and every now and then I go to mall out of desperation to find something and in hopes that things have changed. I am always dissapointed because there is not ever anything that is classy, sexy, different and appealing. Le Chateau has some beautiful clothes that suite my style however their prices are ridiculous. So, needless to say I almost always leave empty handed and head over to the states to shop.

This is the only mall in the Windsor area and considering that I guess it's pretty good. This mall has a wide variety of stores and a pretty good food court. It's a fair size and a good place to kill a few hours. You will find a lot of big name stores ex. Sears, Aeropostale , Campus Crew, etc. if you want a bigger mall with more stores you could always go across the border to great lakes crossing.
