It was a dark and stormy night. Therefore, the restaurant was not very busy. Or it could have just been that it was a Wednesday night in January in Windsor and that it’s normally not very busy. I was greeted quickly and was given a quiet table, (wait, they were all quiet). The Wine list was small, but had an adequate selection. The dinner menu also was short and simple. Not overbearing or complicated. The food was absolutely delicious. I started with the Seafood Chowder and for the main, I enjoyed the Short Rib Risotto. I was very impressed by the service and the quality of the food. My only minor complaint is that I found the restaurant to be a little cold, but that might have just been because of the weather outside and I was sitting by the door.
