This is a great hotel in a fabulous location on riverfront, which is graced by the beautiful Dieppe Park. The park extends for miles along the shore line and offers amazing views of downtown Detroit. The hotel is walking distance to the downtown Windsor core, where there are many stores and restuarants. The hotel rooms were clean and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Just stayed one night and the hotel was alright! No food though and that was disappointing. Bed was food and room was clean! Price was way to high for what I got. Amazing view of the water and downtown Windsor and Detroit. Short walk to the Casino which was good. You have to pay for parking at the hotel and its twenty dollars!

Drove to Windsor to see a show at the casino. The Hilton was only a couple of blocks away and a lot cheaper than staying at the casino hotel. Lots of confusion when we pulled up in front of the hotel and no valets to be seen. Finally spotted one and asked if we could leave the car there for 10 minutes while we checked in and dropped off our bags. We left the keys with him, quickly checked in (the front desk was courteous and helpful), dropped our bags in the room went back downstairs to discover that the car had been moved and the valet was nowhere in sight! He FINALLY came back out and gave us the keys, no apology and was fishing for a gratuity, yeah right.

We had a 2 queen size bed room with a partial view of the river on the 10th floor. The room was spacious and clean, the bed fairly comfortable although can someone please explain to me why most (not all) hotels tuck all of the covers in so tightly, if you slip in at the top it's almost like you're being mummified and it takes a huge amount of effort to loosen the sheets and blankets. (sorry, pet peeve of mine)

We choose self parking behind the hotel and accessed it through this creepy walkway through the building next door. I realize that the hotel has probably been there for a long time but I noticed the hallways are cramped and the lighting and carpeting is kind of dated. I know the Hilton chain is no longer considered "world class/4 -5 star" and this IS Windsor and not NYC or Vegas...perhaps my expectations are a little high...

This is a great option for Windsor. We have a beautiful water view overlooking the Detroit river and skyline. Hotel was clean and nice, pool was a bit cold but otherwise would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The views from the rooms in this hotel are amazing if you face the river. That's the major selling point.

I was in an "updated" room, and the room already showed signs of disrepair. The bed sunk in the middle, the furniture was well worn, and the bathroom was "eh" at best. The hallways were musky, the lobby dark and dingy, and the elevator creaked and groaned like a ventilator on life support itself. Breakfast doesn't start until 6:30, which if you have somewhere to be early seems late. Most Hiltons start breakfast at 5:30.

The most frustrating part of the stay was the parking. When I arrived, there was no valet and the circle in front of the hotel was cluttered with vehicles. I followed signs to the garage and self-parked in a fairly abandoned garage next to a Greyhound station. I then followed signs to the hotel that took me through an abandoned shopping arcade. The entrance to the hotel was unmarked, through a broken door, and overall completely unsecured.

All this for $140/night CDN was ridiculous.

This is one to be skipped.
