Description: Mazaar, true to its translation, "a place you must visit". Serving Windsor with two locations; Mazaar is an upscale-casual restaurant that offers authentic Lebanese cuisine in a comfortable yet energetic atmosphere. We at Mazaar combine friendly service with an extensive menu, offering a wide variety of fresh Lebanese entrees and appetizers. Lebanese food's rise to popularity is not only due to its wonderful flavour, but for its health promoting properties as well. This healthy alternative is being embraced by many including vegetarians in particular thanks to the number and variety of vegetarian dishes such as fattoush salad, tabouleh, hummus and baba ghanouj. In the true spirit of the Lebanese food, Mazaar welcomes you like close friends at a dinner gathering, and invites you to experience our fresh, healthy and flavouful Lebanese cuisine.

“Lunch combos are excellent!”
Reviewed October 2, 2013

Went in for lunch with a friend. We both had a lunch combo, they were excellent and came with fresh homemade pita for the hummus......so good! The garlic sauce was fabulous with my chicken. I loved every bite and can't wait to go back! A great value.

“3rd time a charm”
Reviewed September 11, 2013

We re visited Mazaar for the third time and had my brother and sister in law with us. We tried the dinner for 4 @ $99.00. My brother is a very choosy eater and I was worried that he would not like his meal. The fact of the matter was that the meal was great. The rice was just perfect and the meat platter more than enough for the four of us. This is a definite keeper for bringing visiting friends.

“Surprisingly Good”

Excellent taboulleh, savory soup, overcooked chicken. Deferential but polite service. Despite that, a nice find (recommended by colleagues) in an otherwise bleak landscape.

“Overpriced, cold, bad tasting minute made rice with small chunks of meat.”
Reviewed August 6, 2013 via mobile

The waiter was professional and fast. The rice was cold and had an unpleasant taste (nothing like the original Lebanese rice), no saffron in there, just food colouring. This restaurant definitely misrepresent the Lebanese cuisine. We will never go back there for sure.

“Back again”
Reviewed August 2, 2013

Second trip to Mazaar at least as good as the first! Things didn't come out in order - but who cares, food was outstanding - Fattoush (salad), followed by the Mixed Sambussik, followed by Shawarma (or roughly that order) ... all delicious!

Service was great from the time we arrived and the atmosphere is a funky fusion of mid-east and modern. Felt welcome and looked after - prices were great including beers for two and good amount of food - left full and very satisfied ..

We'll be back again for sure
