Serving Windsor with two locations; Mazaar is an upscale-casual restaurant that offers authentic Lebanese cuisine in a comfortable yet energetic atmosphere. We at Mazaar combine friendly service with an extensive menu, offering a wide variety of fresh Lebanese entrees and appetizers. Lebanese food's rise to popularity is not only due to its wonderful flavour, but for its health promoting properties as well. This healthy alternative is being embraced by many including vegetarians in particular thanks to the number and variety of vegetarian dishes such as fattoush salad, tabouleh, hummus and baba ghanouj. In the true spirit of the Lebanese food, Mazaar welcomes you like close friends at a dinner gathering, and invites you to experience our fresh, healthy and flavouful Lebanese cuisine.

Mazaar is THE BEST Lebanese restaurant in Windsor, hands down. I've probably been here over thirty times (I work downtown) and am amazed at the consistency. Always great tasting shwarma, kibbi, tawook and fattoush. Service is ALWAYS top notch, and prices are reasonable. Lunch won't cost more than $20 including an alcoholic drink. Try the Turkish coffee if you're feeling adventurous. I've always meant to go on the belly dancing night, but have yet to do it.

“Good to eat, in or out”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 30, 2012

I have now had two great dining experiences both within the restaurant itself - excellent service, warm atmosphere, and great food - and with take-out. I ordered a large meal for six adults and a child. When I picked it up it was well-prepared, in a large, catering-type foil container, with their delicious hot pita breads wrapped alongside. When I opened it at home, it was still hot: and beautifully laid out, in a manner that could have been placed on a formal dining table, without further arrangement. I couldn't have been more impressed. For the very reasonable price - less than $120 - it was more than worth it.

“Consistently Very Good”

Love this restaurant. The food is always great. The best Hummous in Windsor with the homemade bread. The Combination platter is our favorite for a group. Atmosphere and service is great and comfortable.

“Don't bother without reservation.”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 27, 2012

Came in with a friend at 5:00 and the entire restaurant was empty. Could not be seated until 8:30 because of "reservations." Plenty of restaurants are able to fit in walk-ins, especially at such an early time! The people were also completely dismissive. Big city attitude because they have become alittle popular.

“Delicious food, great atmosphere”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 22, 2012 via mobile

Went there for lunch today. They open at noon on Saturdays. The service is very fast and friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable and warm. We really liked hanging out there.

Three of us shared hummus for an appetizer. It comes with bread and they bring more bread if you run out. The hummus is great.

For the main course one of the three of us got a lamb dish, one a chicken dish and the other one with steak. We each shared all three and each dish was great. Wonderful flavor and very yummy. My impression is that anything one the menu would be a great.

We went there on a day-trip from Ann Arbor and can't wait to go back. Worth the hour drive!
