Interesting concept. Select your own items and have them cook it for you. I had some spicy vegetarian noodles and enjoyed the prawns.

This is a great place if you want a noisy, atmospheric dining experience where families are enjoying eating out together. I visited on Mother's Day (Canada) and it was a very memorable occasion. Despite being filled to capacity with dozens of families the service was prompt and attentive. There is an enormous choice of fresh foods ( meat, shell fish and vegetables which are chosen by the customer then taken to be grilled with a sauce/rice or noodles of your choice. Vegetarians also have plenty of choice but NOTE that all the food is cooked on one grill not separately from meat.
The Chinese buffet is also good quality and there were plenty of desserts to choose from, creamy choux pastries, ice creams and quality fresh fruit.. plenty of choice to dip into the chocolate fountain.
One price for as much as you can eat from all the sections of the restaurant. Very reasonable price. It was a fun experience, special attention is given if a birthday is being celebrated so a good place for any family occasion.
NOTE a 2 hour limit on the table time maybe in operation, the car park also has a 2 hour limit.

Went to this place several times for business meetings and with family and it is consistent with food quality and service.
The whole experience from picking up your frozen pieces of meat and going to the grill, eating it and coming back for more or dessert is awesome! And the price is ridiculous compared to the amount of good food you have. Definitely a must go!

All you can eat buffet with a twist! All cut into bite sized pieces, there is a vast selection of raw ingredients that are ultimately cooked before your eyes by the chefs on fire-heated metal griddles. Each individual chooses his/her own ingredients from fresh vegetables, meats, seafood as well as a variety of soups, rice and noodles, sauces and spices.
There is, in addition to the Mongolian Grill, an entire section devoted to tradition Chinese fare from dim sum dumplings to Chow Mein.
The dessert choices are a chocoholic’s dream-come-true sporting a chocolate fountain then includes the average offerings of the run-of-the-mill Chinese restaurant.
This is a very large, clean, colourful restaurant prepared for intimate dinners as well as birthday, business or group gatherings. The service is prompt, helpful and polite.
For three on a Friday night, with a bottle of wine, the bill came to less than $100 with tax and we could barely move as we were so well fed!
I would enthusiastically recommend this restaurant to anyone with an appreciation of a unique dining experience with unlimited servings of fresh, flavourful food. While not haute cuisine, this is an ideal restaurant for getting together for a casual evening out . . . good friends, good food, reasonably priced. I was visiting Toronto from Montreal (noted for some exceptional restaurants) and I would be thrilled to have a franchise of this restaurant here!
Come with an appetite . . . you will not be disappointed!

I have read other reviews of this restaurant and liken any of the bad ones on the same plane as rationales for not buying a particular house because you don't like the colour of the paint on the wall. No restaurant in this format or price range will satisfy everyone's tastes and to condemn a restaurant because you are not well enough versed in the combination of sauces and spices speaks more about the patron than the establishment.

This is a very unique place to have a meal. It's big, the service is good, and the food is great.

You have to essentially fill your plate with all kinds of meats you want. Then you take it to the 'chef' who cooks it right there in front of you. Then you take it to your table to eat. The food actually tastes GREAT!

The price can throw some people off so it's obviously not a routine thing to do but once in a LONGGGGG while, this is a very nice change of how you eat out.
