I love barbecue and have had it down in the southern states as well as several establishments in southern Ontario. Some are dry, some not tender enough, some too smoky or spicy. Not Phil's. That sweet, smoky flavour that just gets the saliva glands going.
Add that to the sides he offers like cachapas (you don't see these original southern sides in your average BBQ resturant) and it is the total package - "Original" BBQ
