“Messed it up”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 9, 2013 via mobile

We expected a lot - but we were disappointed. The pork of the Souflaki was dry as gum. We send it back and they apologised. We ordered salas WITHOUT onions but onions were on the salad. Poor thing.

“Pleasant ambiance outdoor or indoor fresh grilled food and dips generous portions.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 26, 2013

We stopped at this restaurant for lunch and found a pleasant surprise. We had the prix fixe 3 course lunch. The price was right. The humus, eggplant and taramasolata dips were so good and fresh we could not stop eating them. The salad was fresh and the souvlaki was hot off the grill. Others around looked to be enjoying their seafood dishes. The waiter warned us that the portions are very large and they were so maybe share an order unless you are very hungry. We took the baklava home with us. It was okay however not as good as delicious as the other courses. We will definitely return.

“When You're Craving Greek Food This is the Place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 19, 2013

I love this restaurant! The food is tasty, the portions are generous and the prices are good. Be careful not to over order as most dishes can be shared. They also make the best mussels in Toronto. The sauce is tomato based with Ouzo in it! What a unique taste experience! They lose some points for their bathroom facilities however. Very cramped for space and could use a makeover.

Everything was fresh from the bread buns to the meat used, nice Prix fixed menu, we also had the lamb kebab which was great, would forsure come here again! Atmosphere was nice when full of people but got a bit cool towards the end of the evening.

“Good restaurant on the Danforth”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 15, 2013

Considering that Greek restaurants on the Danforth seem to be disappearing this is not a bad choice.

However, service is so/so.
The food is quite good even though they didn't have those roasted potatoes I'm so used to.
The salad was very tasty and the chicken souvlaki was very tasty.
Considering my date only had an apetizer and didn't drink it was very cheap. I did like the atmosphere of this place.

A good choice to try. I will go back but next time with someone who wants to dine a bit more.
