A trip to Toronto's Old Spaghetti Factory has become an annual ritual for our family. We love the food, the service and the atmosphere. If the place is not very busy, the stay is enjoyable and service not hurried. If the place is packed, it can get noisy and the staff overwhelmed so be patient. Weekends are popular. Best times to avoid the crowd and get good seats is weekdays, and on weekends early dinner from 5:00 PM and early or late lunch. It helps to call in for reservations. The adjacent The Amsterdam Bicycle Club is a bar and patio with a separate menu but also serves a selection of The Old Spaghetti Factory's pasta dishes. The patio is dog friendly, as long as your dog is leashed in the outside perimeter. We had lunch here when we attended Woofstock in June 2013.
