I've gone to many steakhouses: Barberians, Harbour 60, the old Carman's, the Keg, to name a few. But never Morton's until the retirement dinner of a colleague. How did it stack up? Pretty well: the atmosphere and the service were top-drawer. The steak was as good as it should have been...I found the way that side dishes had to be ordered separately as a nuisance. All-in-all, the experience was positive, but I was grateful that I wasn't paying out of my own pocket.
