“Lovely Charismatic Pub”
Reviewed May 28, 2014

Coming across this great Pub was a treat. Its about a block west of Morton's Steakhouse in Yorkville and because of its close vicinity to the Park Hyatt Hotel, we frequented it often. Sometimes, when you are away from home for a spell, a familiar place like this Irish Pub seems a little like home. It felt like a great local hangout and a place where everyone seems to know everyone. Our favorite item on the menu was the Prime Rib Dinner. Let's just say that we had it often. Their Yorkshire puddings still make my mouth water! We also enjoyed that there were not many TV's... so you can enjoy a conversation regardless of how the athletes of the world are performing! I will end this review by saying that not only does the pub and staff keep you coming back...but so will the Homemade Sausage Rolls!

“Ok pub”
Reviewed May 13, 2014 via mobile

I remember this place better than it is now. Is it because today I am looking for a decent lunch and not just an interesting selection of beers? Is it because my salad was stale and over-drenched in salad dressing? Is it because the pub iis getting tired and is in need of capital renovations?

“Excellent pub, fantastic patio”
Reviewed May 13, 2014

My husband and I stopped in here last Thursday night. The pub is in an old Victorian-style house, so it is charming and full of character. My husband was in heaven with the menu - Prime rib, yorkshires, steak, burgers - perfect. He ordered the prime rib sandwich and I had the fun basket sampler with deep fried pickles (which were my favourite in Toronto), samosas (which were perfectly spicy and crispy) and a mini sirloin burger with fries - all for $17. Their patio is also really lovely - large with a mix of seating arrangements. I love this neighbourhood and we love this pub!

Reviewed May 3, 2014

Great pub with lots of booths and yummy food - and they change up the menu fairly regularly as well as offering daily specials
