Had dinner at LA's with my husband. The ambiance was good; service excellent (we had an Italian server he was so attentive), and the food was good. The menu is short with apparently one option of each type of dish. Overall the experience was good.

My wife and I ate at LA while staying at the Hilton. The food was excellent and the service first rate. We were recently in Italy and the meals we had at LA compare very favourably with the meals we had there. The front of house staff were very pleasant and knowledgable with a great understanding of the menu and wine list. Price was on the higher side but for the quality of food, service and ambience it was well worth it!

At first look at the menu, we thought it was rather over priced, and the atmosphere is a little pretentious, but once in and seated, we began to relax and enjoy the experience, which really surpassed our expectations in the end, we took the anti pasti platter - absolutely fabulous, and both our pasta dishes were well cooked and delcious. this is definitely one for a special occasion as it not your run of the mill Italian, it is quite special - any place that can turn around your first impression like that must be doing something special!!

Good location close to the Four Season's and the Sheraton on York Rd. Excellent homemade meals. We ate there on three nights during our visit to Toronto. Had six different entree's and each was a culinary delight. Presentation was the opening salvo and it just got better from then on. Most everything is made on the premises which adds so much to the flavour. Both service and cuisine were excellent. If you love Italian, you will love LA's.

Little Anthony has been a landmark for a long time. Recently, it underwent a major renovation. However, the value of its service and cuisine remain stellar. My partner and I visit LA, as it is also called, before heading to the opera/ballet as it is conveniently located minutes from the Four Seasons. The staff are very attentive and the food is authentic Italian with a flair. The menu changes to reflect the season which is welcoming. The restaurant is family owned and this shows in all aspects of the restaurant.
