“Popular high-end restaurant”

Nice but not exceptional food at a fairly high price. Loud radio music makes it difficult to talk with friends / colleagues. Service is excellent.

“Exquisite Elegant Excellent”
Reviewed February 25, 2013

we celebrated a birthday at Jump over the weekend and had a great time. First off the service was superb. It didn't matter if it was your own waiter or not, everyone was willing to accomodate to any requests which I found to be great. The food was delicious (at a price), I had the Steak and Lobster Mac/Cheese dinner which was filling and mouth watering. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone celebrating an occasion, on a date or looking for some exquisite dining.

“Food made the experience good, the service made it EXCELLENT!”
Reviewed February 8, 2013

Went to Jump for my Birthday dinner and had a wonderful experience. Although some of our food was cold it was quickly fixed. Our server was great and prompt. The food overall was tasty but the service and the staffs wonderful attitude made the whole evening even better! The seafood risotto was pretty good, wish there has been more lobster in it but tasty non the less. I would definitely recommend Jump!

“Winterlicious 2013 - not impressed!”
Reviewed February 7, 2013

A few friends and I had reservations for dinner at Jump last night for its Winterlicious menu. We got there and were seated right away. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and seemed promising. After given our menus, the waiter appeared again after about 25 minutes to take our orders, despite us signalling him numerous times. The restaurant did not look that busy, however the service was extremely slow throughout the night. The food was ok - I had the mushroom soup (very bland), the salmon (again, bland and slightly under-cooked) and the toffee bread pudding (very good). My friends also weren't impressed with their meals, and none of us are very picky eaters. Overall, slow service and average food. Good for the $35 Winterlicious price, definitely not at their regular prices though!

Would return for drinks, not for dining.

“Perfect service, great location and casual food”
Reviewed February 6, 2013

Jump is the best place in the financial district for elevated comfort food. Clients love it. The only downside is trying to get a table at a good time. Also, I think maybe escorts hang out there. Otherwise the location is the best, the food is amazing and the service is lightning fast. The food is mostly casual (burgers, charcuterie, spring rolls) but all with a fine dining spin. Jump has a reputation for being almost fast food quick. Great wine and beer list. If you can get a table this is a great place to hang out after work.
