Had dinner there last night. Booked reservations online a couple weeks in advance. When we arrived, we didn't have to wait for a table. Our server was attentive and friendly. We didn't have to wait between courses. Food was hot and served promptly. Beef tenderloin was delicious, but the best part of my dinner was the toffee creme brulee at dessert. Delicious!

Would definitely return and recommend to others.

I came on a weekend with a large group that had reservations. The restaurant was not full and there were several empty tables around us. But despite having pre-booked and it being quiet and our ordering quickly, the service was PAINFULLY slow. We arrived at 6:30 and didn't get our appetizers until 7:30 and our mains until 8:30. Even the alcohol arrived slowly. Dessert was the only course that arrived in a reasonable amount of time after ordering but that point it was 10pm.
The food was decent: I had the burrata as an appetizer - the menu said it was served warm but it was cold by the time I got it. It was also nothing special. But the asian cod was delicious. The gelatos I had for dessert were not great. Wine selection was great.

Jump is one of the standard business lunch venues in Toronto. During warm weather months, its patio is very popular both for lunch and for after work drinks. Typical of O&B restaurants, they do a very good job and there will be no surprises. It is typically less busy for dinners, but they can handle groups and have a private room available.

Jump has never disappointed. The service is attentive and friendly. The wine list is adequate without being too daunting. There is something on it for every taste. They go out of there way to accommodate my food allergies without anything but a smile. Always enjoyable. Ask about the "Blue Plate Special" (it isn't on the menu!)
