I bought a groupon and went to have dinner for two. Price was excessive. I wish i could say the food or the customer service was worth the price but that wasn't the case. There is no savings or real discounts when paying the bill, be warned.

In the old days this place had top notch food. But last year it wasn't as busy and our large group noticed the food and service had deteriorated. Contacted them to let them know and the owner promised to look into it. Never heard back. Then they had a fire months ago and have yet to re-open. I'm not sure why I'm writing this review except that they have other locations.

Had dinner there last night - wonderful service and the food was excellent. We had several appetizers (4 seaweed salad, tuna and tofu hotpot) and 2 assorted sushi plates for the main. All was very good. We had the dark chocolate fondue for dessert and it was perfect - light but delicious. The servers were very attentive and I really liked how they explained what the different types of seaweed and sushi were. Highly recommend!

We went to this location spontaneously and it was almost empty. Food is presented very well, but it's not as tasty as I expected it to be. EDO is also not cheap - so we were a bit disappointed.

I used to go to the Spadina location many times in the past. Overall a nice place for business lunch.

Slow Monday night with restaurant almost empty. Took over 20 minutes for first dish to arrive and it was not our appetizer but rather the main. Apologies galore and they bring out our appetizers 5 minutes later which we refused. Slowest service I can ever remember in a restaurant. Took 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Place is drab, dull and dark and not remotely Japanese looking.
