Wow! Our concierge at the Trump recommended this and was he spot on. The restaurant was not real busy on a Thursday night, but there were a few other diners enjoying the vibe. The restaurant has a cool layout, with friendly, helpful staff. We started with an appetizer of warm olives and two salads, including their take on a Caprese salad, which was delicious. My husband and I loved our mouth-watering, succulent lamb burgers. One son had a delicious salmon cooked to perfection, and our two other boys got short ribs which they inhaled before I could taste. The chocolate dessert with salted caramel and peanuts was rich and inhaled as well. I would definitely eat here again. Yum!!!

Came to this restaurant on a Friday night and it was quite empty, apparently it was newly opened. Started with a Ceasar cocktail which was very spicy (in a good way) and then shared a few dishes with my wife. The food was amazing, very tasty and innovative without being too complicated. Recommend coming here for good food, loved the cauliflower, pork belly and short rib! Service was attentive and friendly. Valpolicella with the food was very tasty and we had a very chocolaty dessert that was fantastic.

We have now been several times to this perfect place and each time its been a WOW experience. Intimate, great décor, fantastic cocktails, brilliant service and AMAZING food. A perfect blend of style, class and friendliness. Comfortable and fun. You MUST try the Mojito Royal and Pousse-Cafe cocktails and as for food - faves are salmon tartare, scallop crudo (incredible) pickerel in a wonderful broth and an excellent lamb burger to name but a few. The chocolate delice dessert is addictive. Give this place a try - you wont be disappointed.

We and another couple are visiting as tourists from NYC and saw E 36 on Yelp and Travel Advisor. It's close to our hotel and we were looking for something different.
We each sampled their signature cocktails which were expertly prepared, but the zinger was the amazingly well prepared and inventive tapas plates.
The bone marrow served "canoe" style in the bone with liver parfait on the side was out of this world. Make sure your cardiologist has checked you out for this one.
The Ottawa buratta was nearly as good as in Puglia Italy. The duck leg confit was excellent, lamb burger with a delicious sauce, wonderful short ribs, tender octopus all outstanding.
Lucky Toronto.
