Stayed at the hotel on two occasions in April 13 for a total of 7 days. Great clean rooms, excellent staff, good breakfast. Only criticism would be the bath / shower was too small for my liking but i am a big boy.

We had to change at the last minute to this hotel in Toronto, downtown on Wellington, just besides the brand new Ritz-Carlton. We were greeted by a kind receptionist, who gave us two adjoining suites even if it was 11:00 am. The bellboys brought immediately all of our luggage to our beautiful mini-suites on the 18th floor. (about no wait for the 3 elevators available). With full kitchens, ustensils, plates, dishwasher, a dining table, a lounge corner, a king size bed, everything worked just fine. No noise from the neighbours. Great buffet breakfast. Let's just say that the only tiny détails that could be improved was the very plain bathtub, (but they had a special multi stream shower head). A very commandable place to stay in Toronto downtown.

Spent 3 nights in a suite, which was very spacious, comfortable, quiet, well appointed (although the bathroom area was a little small compared to the rest of the room) and modern. With all the available space as well as having a kitchen we were really able to make ourselves at home, albeit only for a few nights. Location was convenient for exploring the city by foot, in a neighbourhood that is quite busy and feels safe. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the hotel having a gym to try to work off some of that poutine I was enjoying.
Overall we were pleased with our stay at the Residence Inn and I would be happy to stay there again if we're ever in Toronto.

I recently stayed at this hotel and can only say " it was an absolutely fabulous experience" . Staff, rooms, and everything was beyond what I could have expected! We arrived early due to a change by the airline and when we got in very early to our surprise our room was ready and we were allowed to check in. Honestly cannot say about the Residence Inn by Marriott Toronto Downtown. Highly recommended and we will back.

spent a weekend at the hotel with my wife. All of the staff we interacted with were great and helpful. We were able to walk to everywhere we checked out in the area. Close to the theatre area, which was our final destination. Greta choice.
