University of Toronto has a lovely campus on which to stroll, sit, and people watch, all of which I happily did before walking through the neighboring garden/park and then on to the subway.

It is a very nice place to visit. The areas around, including library, the affiliated colleges, they are very beautiful.
Hubby is a rush fan so even though the place was closed off the security let him have a photo in this LP cover Icon.
The campus is located in downtown Toronto and is a great place to wander around and look at the various old buildings. There are a variety of different colleges that make up the University of Toronto, with much debate as to which one is 'best' -- my preference is Victoria College, but then I'm biased! LOL It's still the leading University in Canada.
Unbelievable! you can forget you are in this metropolis. Even heard the church bells ringing. Feels like being in Oxford (England) A good place to sit and reflect and rest after visiting the luxurious stores or the ROM on Bloor street.
Parking was not easy for visitors. The bookstore has a large variety of things for us, though. I almost felt guilty for entering here, as the students complain about the cutthroat competitiveness of this university while I am casually strolling and appreciating the wonderful architecture. It is large enough that, at first glance, I could not see any construction sites.
