Well thought out space, no really bad sight lines, excellent acoustics, excellent shows. We saw M Butterfly and it was my first opera. It made me fall in love with the genre.

I know that the acoustics are world class, and the inside looks great, but did they have to put the whole thing inside a high school? Who in the world designed and authorized such a fiasco? Right in the heart of Toronto and on beautiful corner of Queen and University Aves, what were they thinking? I know that great architecture comes with a price, but this building will be around for a long time. I hope the architect at least provided the provision to improve the facade.

The home of the COC, this is an outstanding venue for Operatic productions. The architecture of the building is stunning and very accessible.

Went here last winter with the family. Had balcony seats which were great! The view of the stage was not as close as we hoped but close enough. The Nutcracker ballet was just beautiful and I might go see another show there in the future :)
