Owner description: The Distillery District is an internationally acclaimed village of brick-lined streets and dozens of vibrantly restored Victorian Industrial buildings. It’s one of Ontario’s hottest tourist attractions and home to live theatres, galleries, fashion, design and jewelry boutiques, unique cafes and award-winning restaurants. It’s all completely closed to traffic and just a few minutes walk from downtown Toronto.

“Walking through history.”
Reviewed September 30, 2012

Walking through the Distillery makes me think of what it would have been like in the 40's etc. What a great place to take a walk and have dinner. definetly recommend it.

“A Diverse Area To Spend Some Time!”
Reviewed September 29, 2012

Art galleries, boutique shops, dining choices, historic areas, outdoor seating, and a look into Toronto's past is all here. Good for an hour or repeat visits, we always enjoy something different every time!

“Not worth the walk”
Reviewed September 28, 2012

Walked from the hotel to the Distillery District and for a recommended area to visit, we were dis-appointed. It may be because it was the end of the season but there was not a lot to interest us with the exception of the art works through the walkway.
